Trips, boats, guides, waivers, check-in and logs, shown live on a Board in the briefing area. Payments, the counter and your rooms run in the same place. You keep 100% of what your guests pay.

  • Waivers signed and sealed before the boat leaves
  • Storm warnings flag trips. You decide.

Founding shops: free during the beta, then 50% off for 12 months and 20% off for as long as you stay. Double opt-in, no card.

Your divers come with it.

Every diver who books with you gets a free DiveHive account. They sign once per shop, check in with a QR and keep one verified logbook across every shop they dive with.

  • Sign before they arrive. Waiver and medical in the app, in their language, guardian signature for minors.
  • Check in with a QR. It works offline on the jetty. No app? A QR pass by e-mail.
  • Logs the guide writes once. Every diver in the group gets a verified copy.
  • Found on DiveHive. Your trips appear in Discover for divers nearby. Neutral ranking, no paid placement.

A day at the shop, departure by departure.

What DiveHive does from the first weather check to the last cash-up. Every line runs on the console, the guide's phone, the Board or all three.

Safety that doesn't live in someone's head.

Paperwork is sealed before anyone boards, warnings reach the people who decide, and the crew has the plan on their phone when something goes wrong.

Sealed before boarding

Waiver and medical signed, sealed as a PDF, and checked at the jetty.

Warnings, not autopilot

Storm warnings and wind limits flag trips. A person decides; nothing cancels itself.

Headcount out and back

Persons on board against the boat's licence, counted at departure and return.

When it goes wrong

Emergency plan, lost-diver checklist and incident reports on every guide's phone, offline.

O₂ and kits

Kit checks, an oxygen supply estimate and a gas sign-off per cylinder.

Hard limits

Divers per guide, course ratios and junior depth limits are rules, not suggestions.

All about waivers and safety

Moving over takes days, not a season.

A Board that runs the briefing area by itself.

Plug any TV into a small PC or a browser in full screen. It shows the day, rotates through views and never needs a click.

  • Today, timeline, boat, briefing, conditions. Rotates on its own, paginates long lists.
  • Safe on a wall. First name and initial only. Never gear, medical or payments.
  • Power cut, no signal. It comes back on its own and shows how old the data is.
All about the Board

The fine print, up front.

How DiveHive handles money, data and the places where shops actually are.

Payments0% of what your guests pay.

Payments go to your own merchant account. DiveHive never holds the money.

OfflineBuilt for island internet.

Logs, check-in, the counter and the Board keep working and sync when the signal returns.

GlobalTen languages, any country.

English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Indonesian and Thai. What shops and divers write translates on tap. Time zone, currency and units per location.

RecordsSealed PDFs, your retention rules.

Signed waivers carry a digital seal and an audit trail. Medical answers stay with owners and admins.

HostingHosted in Singapore.

Your data is never sold. Export it any time; divers can delete their accounts.

BillingPaddle is our Merchant of Record.

Tax, invoices and refunds are handled by Paddle. Monthly or yearly, cancel any time.

Conservation10% off for verified eco shops.

Shops with a partner-verified eco credential pay 10% less. DiveHive gives 1% of its net revenue to conservation partners.

AppsEvery screen you already own.

Console on the web, Windows and macOS. Apps for iOS and Android. The Board on any TV. Store apps arrive with the launch.

Founding shopsFree in the beta, then 50% off.

50% off for 12 months, then 20% off for as long as you stay. Discounts never stack; the best one applies.

Questions shops ask first.

More in the FAQ, or write to hello@divehive.app.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Pay monthly or yearly. A monthly plan ends with the paid month. A yearly plan can be refunded pro rata for the unused part. Yearly costs about two months less.

Are the prices with or without tax?

Without. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, adds VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout and sends the invoice. Prices follow your country's region.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Your shop turns read-only until you choose a plan, and every record is still there.

Who owns the data?

You own your shop's records and set how long waivers and medical forms are kept. Divers own their account and logbook. You can export everything, and we never sell personal data.

What if the internet drops?

Group logs, check-in, the counter and the Board keep working and sync when the signal is back. The Board shows how old its data is.

Which devices do I need?

A laptop or desktop for the console, the phones your crew already carry, and any TV for the Board. Nothing to install on day one: the console runs in a browser.
